Cancellation must be made in writing to MKVS GbR and shall require confirmation by MKVS GbR.

In the event of cancellation no later than 8 weeks before the beginning of the Symposium,
the fee shall be reimbursed in full.

In the event of cancellation no later than 6 weeks before the beginning of the Symposium,
50 % of the fee shall be reimbursed.

In the event of a later cancellation or failure to attend on the day of the event,
the entire fee shall be payable.

MKVS GbR will be happy to accept an alternative participant/exhibitor at no extra charge.
